Two (2) flat sheets of closed-cell neoprene foam for use in DIY kydex foam presses to make knife sheathes, handgun holsters, pistol grip wraps for CA-compliant featureless rifles, and many other uses/applications. This thermoform foam will take many cycles of kydex pressings and is double-skinned so it can be used on both sides, effectively doubling its lifetime.

***Please note that foam used for high temp molding is a consumable item over time. For best results, use the lowest recommended temperature for the specific thickness of Kydex to be formed. Also, slightly preheat the thermoform foam with a heat gun to reduce temperature disparity and subsequent sticking/peeling of the foam to the Kydex. Lastly, allow Kydex to fully and completely cool to ambient temperature before opening foam press and separating. However, if sticking does occur, it will not affect the performance of the foam in future molding.
